Beast Sportswear Technology processes your personal data when you participate in an activity or are placed on a waiting list for an activity you wish to join. We also process personal data of Beast Sportswear Technology employees, interns, and volunteers associated with Beast Sportswear Technology. This is always done with the utmost care and confidentiality. Furthermore, we have ensured that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect personal data.

Purposes of Data Processing

Activity Participants
When you participate in a Beast Sportswear Technology activity, we record some of your information, such as your name, age, and in some cases, your full address. These details are used solely for your participation and are not shared with third parties.
- For quality control, we periodically review customer files to ensure our staff follows established protocols. We do not examine the content of the files but rather their structure and method of registration.
- Customer files may also be reviewed by our certification body as part of obtaining an ISO certificate. In such cases, the certification body signs a confidentiality agreement.
Waiting List
If you wish to join an activity that is currently full, we place you on a waiting list. We record your name and contact details, such as a phone number and/or email address, for this purpose. These details are used solely to contact you at a later time and are not shared with third parties.
Interns and Volunteers
If you are an intern or volunteer at Beast Sportswear Technology, we process your personal data due to the work you perform for Beast Sportswear Technology. These details will not be shared with third parties without your knowledge.

Retention Period
For all the data we collect about you, we comply with legal retention periods. This means your data will not be stored longer than legally permitted.
