Returns

If you wish to return a package, please inform us by sending an email to Contact. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Sometimes, you might decide to return your order. Perhaps the product doesn’t meet your expectations, or there’s another reason why you don’t want to keep it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. To do this, please send an email to Contact.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are your responsibility. These costs typically range from €4.00 to €8.00 per package; for exact rates, consult your carrier's website.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original condition. To exercise this right, you can contact us via Contact. We will refund the amount owed within 14 days of receiving the return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to test the product, we may deduct the depreciation in value of the product from your refund. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for return.

Exchange a Product?

Do you want to exchange a product? That’s absolutely fine. You can contact us via Contact. However, you will bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
